oPPal is here to make sure you’re okay too. We connect new and expecting mothers with an experienced mom who has been through the postpartum journey to provide proactive, compassionate, one-on-one support. 

Through regular check-ins twice a week, big oPPals help their little oPPals remember to eat, take a shower, rest, and hear the words they need to keep going.
