HOW IT WORKS

You’ll be matched with a vetted mom who has been there, done that, and felt that! And has had a similar fertility journey to your own and also key similarities pulled from your intake form.
Your big oPPal will have gone through training with a postpartum therapist.
Once your baby is born, your big oPPal will text to check in with you 2x a week for 3 months to offer support, comfort, and a friendly, unbiased ear.
You don’t have to do a thing. Respond, don’t respond, respond days later; your big oPPal is there for you. You have enough going on, and oPPal is here to be your safety net during your transition to motherhood.
You will also be added to our community chats where you will be in groups with other Littles with similar age babies and get to connect to the larger oPPal community and other Bigs.

You'll be matched with a new mom who is navigating the first 3 months of early postpartum based on your shared journey and the information you filled out in the intake form.
Before connecting to your little oPPal, you will receive a link to a video training session with a postpartum therapist to ensure you feel equipped and empowered. You will also be provided with additional materials and help along the way.

You’ll check in on your little oPPal via text 2x a week to make sure she’s feeling supported and is well taken-care of.
This will continue for at least 3 months postpartum.
You will be added to our community chats where you will be in a group with other Big oPPals and have the opportunity to connect with the larger oPPal community through our chat rooms.
