HOW IT WORKS

You’ll be matched with a vetted mom who has been there, done that, and felt that! And has had a similar fertility journey to your own.
Your big oPPal will have gone through training with a postpartum therapist.
Once your baby is born, your big oPPal will text to check in with you 2x a week for 3 months to offer support, comfort, and a friendly, unbiased ear.
You don’t have to do a thing. Respond, don’t respond, respond days later; your big oPPal is there for you. You have enough going on, and oPPal is here to be your safety net during your transition to motherhood.

You'll be matched with a new mom who is navigating the first 3 months of early postpartum.
Before connecting to your little oPPal, you will attend a training session with a postpartum therapist to ensure you feel equipped and empowered. You will also be provided with additional materials and help along the way.

You’ll check in on your little oPPal via text 2x a week to make sure she’s feeling supported and is well taken-care of.
This will continue for at least 3 months postpartum.
